Halve the clip size and ammo capacity, and make the hip fire spread as big as a sniper rifle. Let it have the damage but make it only effective at a range. I'm a SG Scout, I got enough to worry about without a rifle being more effective in CQC tha...

This monster is in the academy too just so you know. A guy with a GLU-5 went 35-6 before I decided to call it a night. I'm not even capped and I don't care. The Ogre from Borderlands 1 is more balanced than the TAR.

We didn't ask, it was promised since they screwed up royally, making some classes a massive SP sink and ninja nerfing almost all the other weapons to the point of novelty while an OP weapon gets to run rampant. Even with the respec, I barely feel ...
